Copies of any and all records, or parts of records reflecting the number of complaints lodged with the department alleging police misconduct and/or abuse when responding to public gatherings at any time over the period of 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2015, including but not limited to:

a. the nature of the complaint;
b. the police unit that was the target of the complaint; and
c. whether the complaint was:

i. initially dismissed;
ii. investigated;
iii. substantiated;
iv. sanctioned, including information on the type of sanction; and

d. all reports on these incidents.
